PAYMENT by credit card, (MasterCard or Visa), travelers check or money order. Sorry no American Express.

DEPOSIT 50% is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation and the remaining 50% is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION FEE 15% of the total will be applied if notification is received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date with the remaining balance being returned in full.

Cancellations made after this period will be refunded minus the 15% cancellation fee, only if the unit is rented to another party for the same time period.

WEEKLY RATE is quoted with the 7th night free

SHORT TERM stays less than a week are pro-rated based on a 6 night/7day week, plus a $10 per night/per bedroom service fee to cover the additional cleaning of the unit

ADDITIONAL GUEST(S) Beyond the 2 per bedroom will be charged $20 per night
